How To Learn From Your Enemy

Someone once told me something about Bruce Springsteen that never left me, probably because it was so opposite from my personality.  They said he won’t ever speak badly of himself.  Even when he does a performance that’s not his best, he’ll say something like ‘Ok I think I did pretty good there’.  He may end the session after hearing it, but he won’t say ‘I fucking suck today let’s stop’.  Yeah that would have been me.

But I’ve changed.  We need to be our own best friends.  Our own mothers, fathers, big brothers.  The support system of relying on friends and family is too shaky.  People that see you win are often more envious than happy for you.  We need to be first in line to give ourselves a pat on the back.

I recently wrote about how I learned something significant from Donald Trump and his ‘just drink some bleach’ slip.  Now here’s another lesson we could learn from him.  The man is and always has been his own support system.

Love him or hate him, I can’t think of another soul on earth who could withstand the enormous amount of pressure, hate filled venom, lies and abuse he’s taken from mainstream media.  Most of us would crumble from an organized smear campaign on Facebook or X alone.  Imagine every single cable and mainstream news channel, every radio station, every website, most of Washington DC!  Add to this the assassination attempts, slurs on his family members.

Yet he’s been stoic, and then he wins.  Whether or not he wins this election, he’s already won the hearts of most hard working Americans because they realize he’s funny and decent and would like Americans to win too, unlike a guy like Biden who speaks of decency while he insults half the country as ‘garbage’… while the press hides his daughter’s diary of inappropriate actions from him …ahem… in the shower??  and of course there’s good ol’ Hunter.  If you haven’t seen his hotel photos and notes of extortion with % going to “the big guy” it’s out there.

Suffice to say DJT has he’s taken more arrows than a normal person could by 1001 X.

His secret?  I think it has something to do with the Springsteen model.  He won’t say a bad word about himself.

So while he’s up there free-wheeling like ‘We had a tremendous crowd, it was the best and biggest crowd you wouldn’t believe how big’… etc. etc… And while the world is snorting and criticizing and calling him the devil, he’s busy being his own support system.  He doesn’t need the sheep, the cucks like Don Lemon or Lawrence O’donnell.  Is this not Uge?

In the words of  Judge Reinhold 1981, in Fast Times At Ridgemont High: “Learn it, Know it, Live it”.

I love how Trump handles himself and the insanity he is subjected to daily.. There is something to be said for having a CEO become president. He has the qualities that all successful CEOs have. One of the biggest reasons I’m voting for him is that he is a private citizen vs professional politician, and he has extensive executive experience…the presidency is after all an executive position.

Yeah i love to study what makes people successful. Maybe because I came from a a town and family where there was little of that… so it’s interesting to me. When you’re too busy trashing someone you can miss some helpful tips on life!

I wasn’t a Trump guy in the beginning of 2016 Presidential race but once the hatred, lies and vitriol got amped up it started to remind me of the first MOB I remember reading about as a kid… Pilate had given the crowd (MOB) a choice to release one prisoner to them, either Jesus of Nazareth who was hated by most of the religious leaders or the murdering criminal Barrabas… The MOB famously chose Barrabas. In 2016 as the MOB turned against Trump I thought to myself, if the MOB hates one person so deeply and so ferociously there must be some goodness in who they are and what they’re trying to do. Words have meaning and I feel most of the words used to describe Trump and his supporters are simply untrue. I understand not liking someone but lying to build a case against them just to win actually makes you the loser not him. Thank you Jude for sharing yourself through all of the amazing music over all of these years !!! Blessings to you and your family this holiday season.

I think most intelligent people recognize the lies and smears too. That’s a sad discovery because it means there are many who don’t mind winning by the drastic measures of lying and cheating. Complicit, as they say. And believe me, I’m no sycophant for Trump as president, nor any other president we’ve ever had beyond maybe JFK… but given the choice i’ll take him over Kamala 6 days a week and twice on Sunday.

Definitely a unique individual, I don’t know how anybody can survive all the slings and arrows, he’s the anti christ , Hitler, and the B.S. slander, comments like he’s going to get rid of constitution, going to go after all his enemy’s, please … it’s crazy..
Hes a strong confident individual no doubt, doesn’t fazed him what so ever
When he even won the first time he had was not only fighting Democrats he had his own members in his own party he had to battle.
Why the hell would you put yourself through this for God sake, and actually he has been his worst enemy , he has no filter, nobody is right 100% of the time , and that’s ok doesn’t make you bad.
Here in Illinois my home state , and the city i live in , always goes Democratic, I’ll cast my vote for Trump still and hope and pray for the best., hopefully when this is over both sides can be civil , put the country and US first and WORK together and meet in the middle, to steal a line from Trump , Let’s all of us ” MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN , we can only hope .

Keep your friends close & your enemies closer…I could never comprehend this as my enemies far outweighed my friends ….but I DID learn from my enemies far more than friends & as for DT yeah. it’s hard to be humble when you’re so f'”& big ( Robbie Williams, “Handsome Man”.).
We await the result as the ripple affect reaches here. Thinking of you all .

I have always liked Trump since day one. I thought it better that a businessman run the United States as a business than a politician. Thus avoiding the enormous paybacks as we have seen many a president going into the White House worth $3 million and walking out of the White House worth 25 million or more. Trump walked in with let’s say 3.5 billion and walked out with 2.5 billion. But he did the best he could, and was not allowed to finish the job.. Our buying Power, was greater than, than what it is now. Will he have time to put us back the way we were? Only time will tell. Being an artist, has allowed me to have friends around the world, and I receive messages from all of them saying Trump must win this election. Or New World order would fall into place. Would it? Can it still? We will soon find out. But I trust my president, that is the first time I can say that in four years.
