You’re All I Really Wanna Do
I wrote this song a few years ago but finally cut it properly, with the legendary JR Robinson on drums, wow… and Chris Lord-Alge mixing.
The photo was shot around the time I was getting the parts together, complete with sweater-muted Gibson 335 and banjo doing 16th notes (12th notes?) and a potpourri of other instrument guests in my studio.
The lyrics and song are on soundcloud and I’ll keep it up as a sneak-peek for a couple of weeks, as my records take me time!

I absolutely LOVE this song and others like Black and Blue, Going Going Gone, Can’t Stay Away that only seem to be available on SoundCloud. I primary use Apple Music, so I’m hoping you will add all of your new music there once you’ve compiled and completed it. Can’t wait for your new next record and hope all of these are included! Your talents seem limitless and endless. So many great songs just keep pouring from you and none of them sound like any of the others but equal them in greatness. It’s more than just writing, playing and singing. It’s creating these little worlds of sound the listener can escape into. It just draws you in. There’s a lot going on in these songs. Really amazing that you can continue to do this for so long. It got me listening to your other recent stuff again. I guess I’ll be heading back down the Jude Cole rabbit hole for the next few evenings.
