A few years ago we had some brutal rains.  Between this and the scorching heat of summer, one of the shipping crates here, containing all my old management files, contracts, master tapes and much of the memorabilia from the Ironworks Records years were ruined.

What I did manage to salvage were items that were securely stored in plastic bins and tucked away under other bins.

Today we’re giving away 3 Zippo lighters from the period of 2007/2008.

There is a Lifehouse “Who We Are” lighter with the originally intended artwork.  The label head at the time pulled a power move and said they wouldn’t release a record with a clown on the cover.  You figure that one out.  Some kind of personal superstition I suppose.  It broke our hearts because the entire record’s art was built around this Carnival Sideshow motif, and only this cover would have made it all make sense.

Instead we ended up with a pretty-boy photo of the guys on the cover, then all these sideshow paintings inside.  Made no sense at all.  Suffice to say this lighter is extremely rare!

Then there’s a “24” lighter we had made in honor of the success of the show at the time.

Last, a lighter for the documentary Ironworks released called “I Trust You To Kill Me’.

All yours, all you have to do is subscribe and win!
